THE BEAUTY OF ALOE VERA (HOW TO USE IT AS A NATURAL TREATMENT)
As being beauty addict, it's not a strange thing that I love to learn more about everything that has to do with beauty; DIY home remedies tricks, products value, makeup, etc., but one my favourite and latest obsession is aloe vera. It is something you can use for basically just anything to help you get rid of any problem you might be facing (stretch marks, scars, hair…).
Aloe vera is traditional Indian medicine for skin diseases and infections while in China it is often recommended for the treatment of fungal diseases, but in Western world it is used in cosmetics. The extract in aloe vera is one of the largest botanical industries in the world. It has many beneficial properties, that can help you heal your infection, make less noticeable your stretch marks (I have to try that on my own), good for hair and skin, etc.
A lot of people use Aloe Vera gel as skin remedy due to its anti – inflammatory and cooling properties. It can be used for healing your burned skin (sunburn), treating fever, itching or inflammation and it is also used as natural remedy for people who have problems with asthma or diabetes.
Gel provides protective layer to the skin which works as a moisturizer. It is also rich in antioxidants and minerals which help speed up the healing process.
Moisturizer is perfect for your skin as it will soften it without clogging pores and it doesn't leave greasy film on your face. If that's something you were looking for, then Aloe Vera moisturizer is the one for you.
As girls shave, aloe moisturizer can also be used as an aftershave lotion. It will hydrate your skin and help heal razor burn.
Some research has even shown, that aloe moisturizer is an effective natural substance to improve hydration of your skin. So, if facing with dry skin, try the aloe moisturizer for better skin hydration.
Anti – Aging properties
As we age, wrinkles are more noticeable on our face but luckily, aloe vera is rich in vitamins C and E which help to fight against it. It has anti – aging qualities, anti – inflammatory and antimicrobal properties which help to make your face look younger.
Research also showed that aloe vera increases body's production of collagen and also improves skin elasticity.
As mentioned before, aloe gel is a great remedy to treat any kind of wounds; cuts, sunburn….
Studies say that aloe can heal even a first or second degree burns and the results showed that Aloe speeds up skin cell reproduction.
Acne or Infection problems
We all face with these two problems; acne mostly in our teenage years, some of people even after and infections due to many reasons. Those gentle antimicrobal properties that aloe vera contains, helps treat pimples and it works on several levels.
Antibacterial and anti – inflammatory properties help to protect your skin from bacteria and other pathogens which can lead to inflammation or infections.
Those are some of beauty or better said, skin care advices you can take to help you improve your skin condition, but aloe vera is not only good for your skin, it is also great for your hair and has good nutritional facts.
Hair conditioner made out of pure aloe vera, has so many benefits for your hair as it promotes healthy and quicker hair growth, prevents dandruff and nourishes and conditions your hair and scalp.
Hair & Scalp
Aloe vera increases blood circulation and helps activate your hair growth as it delivers so many vitamins and minerals onto your scalp and hair. It also helps repair dead skin cells on the scalp.
As it works for the skin, same it works for hair. It conditions your hair and regular use restores shine and vitality.
And a great fact about the gel is that it doesn't leave any grease behind.
Dandruff is caused by many different reasons such as dry skin, fungal infections, oily skin, etc. Aloe vera can help you with all those conditions. Its properties fight fungus and the gel hydrates and balances oilness you are facing with.
Aloe Vera can be used for many other reasons, such as makeup remover, skin brightening scrub, skin toner, and many more.
