A Day In Life - Things To Do On Friday

Hey guys! Hope your weekend is off to a great start.

Even if it's officially spring, it doesn't feel 100% like it here in Slovenia, with weather changing all the time – going from very hot and sunny day to a very cold one. Luckily, last week I've had the luck to enjoy warm, sunny weather on a Friday. With Friday being such a special day in the week, I took a day off from my own things and went out to enjoy the nice weather and take some shots.

If you follow along with me on Instagram, you'll see some of the pictures I've already posted. Normally on Fridays, I have planned movie night with my friend and I work on my projects during the day and then watch series or play games (I'm a huge gamer). Last Friday I went out to take a walk with my best friend and her dog and we went to an abandoned mansion which is absolutely nice place to hang out and take a look around while the nature view is fascinating.

As much as I love working on my upcoming project, and trust me I'm pretty excited about it (you should totally subscribe to stay up to date with me, because I have something pretty cool coming up for you), there are many things that you can do on Friday to have a nice, relaxing day after hard-working week or to run away from stress a bit.

I've made a short list of things everyone can do to start your weekend in the right way.

Go Out For A Coffee With A Friend - It’s always a good thing to do. I like going out to my favourite café (which also has the best chocolate in town) and hang out with my closest friends and have a good chat.

Do Some Sport Activities – I know this one might not be the most favourite choice for many people, but doing any kind of activity will make sure that you feel better. Go for a quick jog, do some exercises at home, go to gym or simply just take a walk. It is good for your body and mind.

Take A Walk In The Nature – Like said, activities are good for us and one of the most relaxing activities to do is walking. When I don't feel like working out, I like to go on a walk. Breathing fresh air, enjoying the good weather and being in good company is one of the best things you could ask for.

Take Time For Yourself – If you had a rough week, then it's time to take some time off and take care of your inner and outter self. Relax at home and watch your favourite movies or series, read your favourite book, drink tea or make a special beauty care routine. Treat yourself.

This is just few things anyone can do in their free time at home or if they decide to go out a bit, but it really does make a difference. If you're like me and like simple things, then a day out will do the trick. I explored the abandoned mansion which was nearby my town and went all over to see what used to be standing there; abandoned garden, the mansion itself and other rooms they had outside and much more. Also, taking some great pictures at that place was really nice.
